Rules for using the Odmah.me marketplace.
Odmah.me is a classified advertisements platform serving the Balkan region. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Odmah.me aims to provide a clean and secure environment for buyers and sellers by checking the general appropriateness of the content, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the listings.
By using Odmah.me to post listings or communicate with other users, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
All listing information, details, and media are provided directly by the users. Odmah.me does not verify the accuracy, legality, or safety of the items or services listed. Users are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements.
Users are strictly forbidden from listing illegal or restricted items. This includes, but is not limited to: firearms, weapons, narcotics, stolen goods, counterfeit products, items that infringe upon intellectual property rights, and any other goods or services prohibited by local laws.
By uploading content (such as text, photographs, and videos) to Odmah.me, you retain your legal ownership rights to that content. However, you grant Odmah.me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content across our platform to facilitate your advertisement.
Odmah.me reserves the right to monitor listings to ensure platform integrity. We hold the absolute right to remove any advertisement or suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if we determine that the content violates these Terms of Use or poses a risk to the community.
Odmah.me cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disputes arising from the listings. Users make individual decisions by communicating directly with the listing owners. To illustrate: just as you rely on your own judgment and the trust built directly with the vehicle owner when purchasing a used car, the same principle of individual responsibility applies to all transactions made through Odmah.me.
Users have the full right to hide their first and last name on their public profile. Choosing to share a WhatsApp or Telegram number is entirely at the user's discretion. Due to the nature of the platform, if provided, this contact information will be publicly displayed on the listing page. Users who prefer not to share personal messaging numbers can securely communicate with others using the Odmah.me in-system chat feature.
Odmah.me does not act as an intermediary, broker, or agent in any transaction. We do not collect payments for the items or services listed, nor will we ever contact users to request payment for a transaction. The purchasing process, payment method, and final agreement are left entirely to the free will and negotiation of the users involved.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro.
Odmah.me reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities, government agencies, or regulatory bodies. We may disclose user information, including personal data, contact details, and listing history, to official authorities if legally required to do so, or upon receiving a formal, legally binding request from government entities.
